Meet Recorder is a Chrome extension that records Google Meet meetings, including video and audio, and saves recordings directly to the user's computer.
Meet Recorder does not collect, store, transmit, process, sell, or share personal information.
Recordings are created only when initiated by the user. Recorded content may include meeting video, participant audio, microphone audio, shared screens, and presentations visible in Google Meet.
All processing occurs locally in the browser. No recordings are uploaded to any server or cloud service.
Recordings are saved directly to the user's device using the browser's download functionality. The developer has no access to recordings.
No user data is sold, transferred, rented, disclosed, or shared with third parties.
Meet Recorder does not use remote code. All extension resources are packaged within the Chrome extension.
Meet Recorder does not use analytics services, tracking technologies, advertising identifiers, or user profiling systems.
The extension does not knowingly collect information from children under 13 years of age.
Because recordings remain on the user's device, users maintain full control over their recordings and related files.
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Updates will be reflected by the revised date shown above.
